Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Aloe B&B. Mariel &Dirk are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive hosts. They have a very sweet and friendly dog, Bella. Between Bella, Mariel &Dirk, you are always warmly greeted each morning as you are leaving or returning from your adventures on the island. The property is really well maintained and is very pleasant. We enjoyed the garden and the pool. It’s like a little slice of paradise. Our room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay-including a small fridge. There were separate towels for bathing and for the pool/beach. The bed was also very comfortable and so were the pillows. We slept well each night. We also liked that there was a lockbox outside of our room to keep the room key in, so we didn’t have to take the room key out with us. We didn’t mind, but when you leave your room for the day, you turn off the a/c and lights, which a lot of places outside of the US are like that. So, it didn’t bother us. It’s street parking and it was always easy to find a spot. It’s a quiet, safe and relaxed neighborhood, but it’s really close to everything and we thought it was a really good location. If you are looking for a good spot to stay with your family, this is it. We would 100% stay here again. Our child asked if we could come back just to stay here again.
